About This Game Racket: Nx is a new kind of game that challenges the limits of what you can do with a racket and ball in VR.The game is played inside a giant glass dome, the walls of which light up with targets you must destroy with the ball. But this is no ordinary ball. Hit it with force and it will slam into the wall, rolling across it and bulldozing everything in its path. Use your racket's tractor beam to pull it back, or simply to line up your next shot exactly where you want it.Targets appear in Waves, and your goal is to destroy them all before your energy runs out. But targets aren't the only thing in the arena. Hitting Boosters and Downers will replenish or drain your energy. Powerups will change the game's physics, give the ball splash damage or nuke a chunk of the arena. And the arena walls themselves change from Wave to Wave, revealing bumpers akin to a pinball machine that kick the ball around and give it extra charge. So be quick, accurate and smart.Plan your shots well. Learn to control the ball to perfection.Features:Two Single Player Modes - A Solo campaign with 20 handcrafted levels of increasing scope and difficulty to unlock and master, and an Arcade arena that features an infinite survival mode, playing harder and harder Waves - see how long you can survive!Intense Multiplayer - Play PvP matches competitively against strangers, or invite your friends to unranked matches!Nx Spatial Audio - Racket: Nx is the only VR game to use Waves Audio's Nx technology. This tech is the best of its kind in simulating positional audio, increasing immersion and spatial awareness.Sick Original Soundtrack - We took some of the biggest names in Glitch, IDM and Psytrance, and put together a crazy OSD! Don't like that kind of music? Play your own playlist ingame!Streaming Cameras and MR Support - The game offers extensive MR support (including LIV), and to make things more fun, you can turn on our automatic action cameras for your spectators to enjoy. 6d5b4406ea Title: Racket: NxGenre: Action, Indie, SportsDeveloper:One HamsaPublisher:One HamsaRelease Date: 17 Jul, 2018 Racket: Nx Download For Pc In Parts This is easily one of my favorite VR games and is perfect for the platform. Extremely well polished and fun, you can tell the devs put a lot of work into this game and they've made great strides since this started in early access. The physics feel great and as a tennis player it also feels satisfying. It's not a bad workout too. There is plenty to do and the sound design is top notch. I saw a couple reviews here that it hurt their wrists, this really shouldn't be the case as you should swing more like it's a tennis racket than a ping pong paddle. Anyway, I highly recommend this one!!!!. Racket Nx is something like Arcanoid mixed with real life tennis. It's a lot of fun, easy to learn but very hard to master. Last levels in a Campaign mode and later stages of Survival are a bit too punishing for my taste. Some of the elements that used to crank up the difficulty can kinda ruin the flow of the game. Like those wormholes or red edges of hexagons that return the ball back to the player, stopping the combo.Environment looks amazing and the GUI blends with it very well. The whole experience really feels like something from an old sci-fi movie. Naive and upbeat one, not those cyberpunk dystopias)Overall, I really like Racket Nx, it is one of those games that always feels good to jump back into for a quick match.. SXSW Gamer's Voice nomination: We're gonna be showing Racket: Nx at SXSW in Austin TX, where we are nominated for the Player's Voice VR award.Wish us luck, and come say hi if you're in the neighborhood!. We have a launch date :): Hey everyone. This has been an extreme year! Since releasing Early Access 2 last summer, the studio's been through a lot. We've been working very hard trying to build up the time and resource margin necessary to for us to complete Racket: Nx and release it a deserving fashion.I'm very proud to say that we've succeeded in that. The full version of Racket: Nx will launch in mid July 2018!Here's what you can expect:Lots of new content!. Bug hunting season is officially open!: Hey everyone. We are aware of several nasty bugs still happening to some players in multiplayer matches. We wanted to let you know we are on it like a car bonnet. Expect a fix soon. Thanks so much for your patience and meticulous bug reporting. We appreciate it a lot. That's it for now.- Dave[UPDATE]We just released another update to the game which we think/hope sorts out several connectivity issues with MP.There are still some known bugs which we're handling but it should function much better. As always, let us know of any issues.. EA1 coming to close. Prepare for EA2 - OPEN LEAGUE!: Hey everyone! I'm here to update you guys and gals on our production plans for the near future.Over the past couple of weeks we've seen the final of the multiplayer kinks straightened out and felt the excitement and engagement of real competition with our first tournament.Considering our next steps, we couldn't help but arrive at the conclusion that with all due respect to adding content (Sets, hex types, powerups...) as our roadmap suggested, we need ranked competitive multiplayer first. We gotta start building our league system. It is simply way more important for RNX's development right now, and with the state of our current build, we feel the game is definitely ready for it.So that's what we're gonna be doing next!EA1 is going to get it's last update towards the end of the week. This update, EA1.5, will include all the physics and performance improvements we've been developing and testing in the Beta over the past few weeks, as well as the long awaited Zen mode and some multiplayer balancing tweaks. With this, we feel that we'll have accomplished what we've set out to do with Early Access 1 - to firmly lay down the game's foundations. So towards the coming end of EA1, I want to give a bit shout out to all our players. The community that's gathered around RNX is nothing short of amazing, and we love you guys a whole shit ton. Thanks for your company and help during RNX's first two months. We're very proud to have you as our players! As soon as EA1.5 is out, it's straight to:Early Access 2 - Open League!. Patched!: We have a new patch out addressing most of the bugs and issues we've been aware of.Here's what's in it:Balancing. Sitrep!: Hey everyone!. RNX happy 2017!: 2017 Is going to be a very interesting year for RNX.We are going to come out with a few large Early Access updates, and a full game by the end of the year. Our vision for the game and our belief in what it can be are crystal clear, and still, we don't know exactly we'll end up with. The world of VR is developing super quickly with so many arcades popping up and new tech around the corner, and so much of it is still uncharted. Players are invited in early and are going to continue helping us define and develop the game, as our reality check and as our exo-cortex, and who knows where that will lead. So much is unknown and so much is subject to change over 2017.What we do know is that for us, this year is going to be a year of creating, for sure. But also one of exploration and response. And with that, we'd like to wish you all that 2017 be a creative year, full of purpose, happiness and new findings. So many plans, so many ideas, so many unknowns. We're curious and eager to get the year rolling. It's going to be a crazy one, and we are *SO *ready for it!Much Love,Boof, Usul, Matan, Niv, Egozy, Ziv, Bozar and Dave.https://giphy.com/gifs/l4JyKSiLWAisBgikg. Patch 1.0.2: Since launch a few days ago, we've discovered a few bugs that slipped under our radar, hunted them down, and made them see the error of their ways.Fixed bug where My Music would sometimes skip track or behave erratically.Fixed a mistake where Arcade was disabled until completing a solo set.Fixed bug where declining a found multiplayer match wouldn't actually decline it.Optimized sun surface performance in Solo game over screen.Fixed a few visual UI bugs in main menu.Fixed main menu profile "RP earned this session" calculation.Fixed bug where if an Oculus Home player had no player Avatar, game wouldn't sync with servers.Made announcer say the name of taken Powerups in Zen mode.Fixed bug where Splash Damage pellets wouldn't spiral.Tweaked "Clutch Saves" statistic to include slightly less critical situations.Fixed bug where sliders would remain visible after multiplayer round was over.Fixed bug where blue opponent handle was red.We fixed about a dozen additional tiny things that aren't worth noting. Please let us know if you run into any bugs or issues!.
